Dancethcm is over for another

year. Although quite a few

students indicated an interes

in participating in the mnoetlm, only seven students shoed up at five P-m- 'Ihursday to dance; Although sane feel it was badly publicized, it had- been previously discussed at Senior neetings which all seniors sl'mld attend.

Although there was only - seven dancers, the Danoethon

was a success; we received approxinately five hundred dellars in pledges.

This year's Danoethon endured for twenty-five hours with a five minute break every hour. We began by dancing at fiVe p.m. Thursday evening March 12 and finished up at six o'clock Friday, March 13. Frcm 10 {mm to l a.m on Thursday we had the Opportunity to boogie to the music of the Dovahild

Blues Band. The rest of the time we used tapes supplied

dozen donuts, cookies, and cinnamon rolls; the AW which donated burgers; the Burger King for suppling forty orders of fries and twenty regular cokes; and also

We would also especially like to thank Jackie MacNeill for all the work she did in, organizing the Danoethon and in keeping us going.
