Sentence Suspended
Pleading guilty to a charge of being drunk and disorderly. James M. McGuigan, Charlotte- town, was given a 20 day sus- pended sentence by Magistrate A.J. Haslam, QC. in city police court yesterday.
Another accused for being drunk and incapable was fined $10 and costs or 20 days, while another for a similar offencc was sentenced to 20 days II Queens County Jail.
