By-Law

A by-law of the UPEI Student Union pertaining to sub-

organization status within the Student Union.

1. 6. A) __ Should a sub-organization fail to comply with the UPEI SU by-laws; or abuse any privileges granted to it by the UPEI SU, the UPEI SU Council shall be empowered

1) suspend the privileges;

2) freeze the administration accounts; and/or

3) remove sub-organization status of the said group upon a majority decision.

B) Upon any punitive action of the UPEI SU Council toward @ sub-organization, the V.P. Operations shall; 1) give a written report of the reasons for the Council's decision to the officers or the group;and 2) inform the group of the right to appeal any decision to the UPEI SU Council.
