JMORELL C. W. L. HOLDS MEETING — The annual meeting oi the Little Flower sub-division of the Catholic Women's League of Morell was held in the church ves- try on April 10th. Mrs. William Ayiward presided. The meeting opened with prayer, followed by roll call and the reading oi the minutes of the last annual meeting and the minutes oi the last month- ly meeting. Two beautiful hand- hooked rugs were given to our president. Mrs. Aylward, by Mrs. Joseph Walsh and Mrs. Edward Ryan, tn be used as prizes at a card party. It was decided to hold this card party in the Moreli Hall on Thursday, April 21st. The reports

‘Ilhe late lvirs. Webster, who was in her 93rd year. was born at Murray River. her maiden name being Miss Sadie Bess-s. Early in life she moved with her parents to Osnso. Nova Scotia where she received her education and later taught school in Guysborough County ior some thirteen years. She then returned to Prince Ed- ward Island and settled at Si. Peters where she taught music. Here she met and married Mr. Kemble Webster and settled on a farm at Marie where they lived

Rev. Robert Bryan otiiciated. The young bride looked charming in a street length dress oi pink moire with black topper and black ac- cessories and wearing e corsage oi red roses. She was attended by

Following the ceremony a recep- tion was held at the heme oi the bride's parents. There were thirty guests present. Assisting in serv- ing were Mrs. Malcolm MacKen- zle. aunt oi the bride. and Miss Doris Nicholson and Miss Blanclir Hume. The guests were received by Mrs. MwLaroxi who were a dress oi black satin with black accessories. Because oi illness the groom's mother was unable to be present.

The funeral service was con- ducted in the Outcliiie Funeral Home on Monday, April 4th. by the Reverend Dr. Rice of ‘Irlnity United church and the Heverertd G. Carlyle Webster of Zion Church. Members oi Trinity Choir. under the direction of Mir. A. Roy Kendall, led the service oi praise. The pallbearers in Charlottetown were Messrs. Everett Webster, '1‘. G. Ives.
