Qith, struck the pier, and had her cutwater split; on the 20th her mainboom carried ‘away daring s heavy weather.and on the Ist inst. was in collision near Runeorn with the Water Nymph, of Padstow, and the conquest, also of qadstow. Damage not yet ascertained.

Weight 21b5 oz., 3 ib, 3 1b., 3 lb 4 oz.. 3 1b 6 oz, and 3lb 14 ez—total 16 Ibs. “The first born, which is the smaliest, is still living. The other four are dead. The correspondént adds that the ‘* mother is doing well, and there are gor hopes of pulling the old man through.’ His age is 65 years and tlie mother’s 32.
