perty of the Subscriber, in fee simple, upon the death
of the said Peter DesBrisay Stewart, which occurred on
the 151'. day of November last past. The tenants upon
the said portion of Township No. 18. are hereby cau-
tioned against paying rent to the said Margaret Stewart,
or to any other. person or persons who may demand the
same. Those of the Tenants who may desire to inform
themselves relative to the TITLE of the subscriber, are referred to E. J . Hodgson, Esq., who will afford them
