BY virtue of a \Vrit of Alias Fieri Facias to me direct-ed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suit of Charles Owen against Neil McKenzie, I havetakcn and seized as the property of the said Neil McKenzie. All the right, title and lease- hold interest of the said Neil McKenzie in and to all that tract of land on Lot sixty—one (61) in King's County and bounded as follows, viz: on the North by land owned. by Thomas Beers, on the east, by land in the possession of Widow McPherson. on the. N and after Friday, the 23d inst, until further notice, the Mails for the United States, Canada and New Brunswick, cm Shediac, will be closed at the General Post Office, Charlottetown, every Monday, \Vednesday and Fri- day evening at 7 o’clock. ‘ For Nova Scotia, via I’ictou, every Monday, \Vednesday and Friday evening at 7 o'clock. ‘ Mails for Great Britain. Newfoundland and the \Vest Indies, every alternate Monday and \Vcdnesday evening at 7 o’clock, as follows, viz :—

Letters to be registered, and Newspapers must be posted at least half an hour before the time of closing the Mails.

A mail for England. via United States, will be forwarded when required. Postage on letters 7d. stg.

Letters and Newspapers for West Indies and Newfound- land must be prepaid.

The Steamers carrying the above mails, will leave Char- lottetown for Shediac every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening at 7& p. m.

For Pictou. Steamers leave Charlottetown every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 6 a. m. '

Mails for the United States, Canada and New Brunswick, will be due on the evenings of Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9; o’clock.

From Nova Scotia on the eVenings of Monday, \Vednes- day and Friday at 5 o'clock.
