An Otp Restpenr Gone.—In last Far- mer there appeared among our obituary notices the death, at the ripe old age of 97, of Benjamin Haslam. The deceased was born in the north of Ireland and emigrated to this country when quite a lad. Mrs. Haslam, his widow, survives him being now in her 87th year, besides two sons and two daughters. His death took place at Kensington and his remains were buried in the Springfield Episcopal churchyard, Rev. Mr. Daniel conducting the funeral services.
