issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Thomas Simpson against Feruiony \Vedge, I have taken and isolated as the property of the said Fermony Wedge, All the Right. Title and Freehold Interest of the said Fermony \Vedge in and to One hundred acres of land, more or less. 50 acres of which are in piiSsi-ssiiin of the said Fermony Wedge, near MoClnre’s, and the other 50 acres are in the possession of Paul Perry (Raﬁle’s son), near McLeod’s Mill, in Lot or Township No. Fifteen (15), in Prince County; and 1 do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Thursday. the Eighteenth day of June, 1868. at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor's, in the said County. set up and sell at Public Auction the said property. or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said \Vrit, being together with interest on the sum of £50, from the NH) day of February, 1864, until paid, besides Siieritl‘s tees and incidental expenses.
