Mr. Jones finished his victory string this morning with it clean- up of first places and all the championship ribbons, including the grand championship in the Aleutians. He also won the fe- male championship ribbon in the pastel class. Yesterday Mr. Jones had cleaned up all the champion- ship ribbons, including the grand, in the Stewarts, He also won the female championship in the Breath of Spring Platlnums. 'IIhus he re- tained the title of top showman which he took here a year ago.

Mr. Callbeok completed his vic- tory string this morning by tak- ing all of the championships, male, female and grand. in the sapp- hires. A few minutes previously he had taken tho male and grand championship ribbons in the pas- tels. He also had some strong winnings yesterday in some of the earlier classes judged.

Details of the Yugoslav plan were not disclosed officially.

Persons in a position to know said, however, it covered three major points to end the fiery dis- pute reaultlng from the Anglo- Amerlcan decision of Oct, 8 to turn Trieste zone A over to Italy.

As reported by these sources the Yugoslav proposal. announced at in meeting to which British am- bassador Sir Ivo Mallet and Am- erican charge d'affalres Woodruff Wallner were summoned hastily, covet-ed these points:

1. A denunciation by Yugoslavia f the new outbreak of violence in gtrieate which this country's offi- cial press and radio has called upon the Western powers to halt through stern measures.

2. An urgent request that Brit- ain, France and the United States press for a conference soon, as proposed by their foreign ministers in London last month, with Italy and Yugoslavia participating. in an effort to find a solution.

3. A suggestion of where and when the conference should be held. The details of this proposal were not disclosed beyond an un- official report that Popovlc sug- gested the meeting be held "in the general area of Europe" as soon as possible.

Fire yesterday evening complete-i ly destroyed a large barn, 12 head of cattle, two horses and the com- plete year's crop of Mr. Sheldon Abbott, South Granville, about a mile from the pavement at the Eradalbane crossing.
