Morrows and others. bounded on the East by land in possession of James Moynagh, on the South by the road leading from East Point to Souris Beach. on the \Vest by land belonging to the estate of the late Donald Beaten. and on the North by the Mill Road Farms ; also, Two hundred Acres of Land. a little more or less, at New Harmony, in possession of Peter Cheverie and sons. all situate on Township number Forty-five, in King’s County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will on the thirteenth day of April, A. D. 1870, at 12 o’clock, noon, at. the Court House. in Georgetown, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of Four hundred and twenty-eight pounds, ten shillings and seven pence, £428 10s. 7d., with interest on £24], part thereof, from the tenth day of March, A. this day pleased to fix and determine the rate at which the amount of the invoice of Dutiable Goods, imported into this Island from the United States of America, shall, in es- timating the duties payable thereon, be reduced into current money of this Island, as follows :—

In all cases where such Invoices shall be made out in Del- lars and cents of the paper currency of the United States, the amount of such Invoice shall be reduced into current money of this Island, by allowing for each Dollar the sum of FOUR SHILLINGS AND SIX—FENCE, and m the like proportion for any fraction of a Dollar, of which all Collectors of Impost are to take notice and govern them—
