The Boat to start from Mount Stewart Bridge | on the mornings of Tuesday and Friday, at such an hour as to enable her to reach Charlottetown ator befoce 9 o'clock, ams having landed her passengers aud freightat Charlottetown, to leave there not later than a quarter past 9 tor Rocky Point Wiart. Lo leave Rocky Point Wharf no later than 10 o'clock, a. m., fur Charlottetown.— To leave Charlottetown at 3 o'clock, p. m., tor Rocky Point Wharf, thence returuing without delay to Charlottetown ; to leave Charlottetown at 4 o'clock, p.m, for Mount Stewart Bridge, and arriving there the same evening. :

The Contractor to have the privilege of ran- ming said Steamboat or Boats on any of the in- termediate days, namely, on Monday, Thursday and Saturday im each week, on either of said Rivers; it being understued that should said Boat or Boats run upon the Elliot to a point above McEwen's Wharf on the south side of said River, such Boat or Beats shall touch at that Wharf, and also at MeKachern’s Whart on the north side on the way up and down said River.— Proposals to specity the rates of fare or charges at which the owner or owners of said Boat or Boats will agree to couvey passengers, luggage, aud treight upou each of the said Rivers or routes respectively, from the difierent points or places to Charlottetown, and rice versa. The Contract to be entered into to coutain such clauses, stipn- lations and agreements as may be deemed by the Executive Goverumeut necessary or desirable for the security of the passengers and property to be conveyed in and on board of swch Steam- boat or Steambvats, or which may, in any way or manner, tend to the convenience or accomme- dation of the public. The Contractor to bo bound to convey mails by such Steamboat or Boats if required by the Exeeutive Government, or the Post Office Department so te do.

Proposals to state the length of time proposed to run the Boats, the Act being Linited to thn years. The Contractors to give Bonde with two sufficient sureties for the due pertormane of such coutract as may be entered jute.
