The most impres- sive sentence shat Christ uttered, when here, was that He was not of this world. There always has been an unaccountable anti- pathy in the human mind towards accepting Christ’s teachings as a rule to live by here. For anyone, following Christ closely, could not expect to win in a race for this world’s prize, however it might help us over the ferry to a better land.
