N and after Tuesday, the 28th inst, unt11 further no- tice, the Mails for the United States, Canada and New Brunswick, ria Shediac, will be closed at the General Post Office. Charlottetown, every Tuesday and Friday evening at 7 o’clock.

For Nova Scotia, via l‘ietou, every \Vednesday, Friday and Saturday evening at 7 o’clock.

Mails for Great Britain. Newfoundland and the \Vcst Indies, every alternate Saturday and “'edncsday evening at 7 o'clock. as follows, viz :—

Saturday, Oct. 2 \Vcdnesday, do 6 Saturday, do 16 \Vednesday, do 20 Saturday, do. 30 Saturday, do 11 \Vedncsday, Nov. 3 VVcdnesdny, do 15

Mails for Summerside, St. Elennor’s, North Bedeque and Lower Freetown. to be forwarded by Steamer, will be closed (very Tuesday and Friday evening at 7 o’clock.

Mails for Georgetown per Steamer, every Friday even- ing at 7 o'clock.

Letters to be registered, and Newspapers must be posted at least half an hour before the time of closing the Mails.

Mails from the United Stutes,Canuda and New Brunswick, will be due on the cvcnmgs of Wednesday and Saturday, at 9§ o’clock. I
