Sheep. and Swine; also for Agricultural Produce and Vehicles, from the hour of sun-rise and until sun-set in each day, during the open season, for a period of three years, from the 1st day at May next ensuing. The names of two sufficient securities, for the due execution of this service, are required to accompany Tenders, which must be

EPARATE SEALED TENDERS will be received at this Office until Tuesday the 25th any of APRIL next, at 12 o’clock, noon, from any person or persons willing to contract for the FERRY at ELLIS RIVER, Lot 14, for three years, from the First

day of May next-fin terms of the Act 3d Will. 4, cap. 8.

The tender must express the rates of Ferriage demanded for Passengers, Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Calves and Swme; also for Ve- hicles, Luggage, per hundred weight, and produce per bushel.

The Government will not be bound to accept the lowest tender. Contractor to find security to provide a good and sufficient b‘cow

EALED TENDERS will be received at this Ofiice until 12 S o’clock, anon, on TUESDAY, the 25th day of APRIL next offering to coritract for three years, from the lst day of May next, to carry Passengers, Luggage, Horses, Cattle, Calves, Sheep, Swine, Vehicles, Grain, Flour, Meal and Vegetables, to, from, over and across the Ferry lying and being at and between McEWEN’S WHARF on the south, and McEACHERN’S W HARF on the north side of Elliot River, in terms of the Act 3, Will. 4, cap. 8, for licensing and regulating Ferries.

Tenders must express the rate of Ferriage demanded on each of the above, and give the names of two securities for the due per-

formance of the service.

out of IIer Majesty’s Supreme Court. of Judicature, at the suit

of William SandersOn. against Jeremiah Thomas, I have taken and seiZed, as the property of said Jeremiah Thomas, all his right, title and freehold interest, in and to Eighteen acres Of land,°a little more or less, situate at Burnt Point, being part of the Reserved Land adjoining the Royalty of Georgetown. with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and [do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 15th day of' March, 1865, at the Court House, in George- town, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £39 135. 4d. currency, with Interest on £35., part thereof, from 14th April, 1862, until paid, besides

Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out ' of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Charles Palmer, against Ilugh Fraser and James Currie, I have taken and seized as the property of the said defendants, all the right, title and leasehold interest of' the said James Currie, in and to one hundred and seventy acres Of land, situate on Township No. 22, in Queen’s County; also all the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Hugh Fraser, in and to fifty-two acres of Land, situate on Township No. 21, in the said County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Thursday, the 23rd day of March, 1.365. at the Court House in Charlottetown, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited properties, era much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £55 38. 8d., with interest on £42 from the 27th February, 1864, till paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. . Master of the Rolls, hearing date the 31st day of May, 1864, there will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION, at the COLONIAL BUILDING, in Charlottetown, on SATURDAY the 24th day of JUNE next, at 12 O’clock, noon, ALL moss: several pieces 0:- parcels of land, situate in the Royalty of Charlottetown aforesaid, known as Pasture Lots Numbers Five hundred and sixty-one (561), Five hundred and sixty-two, (5622). Five hundred and sixty-six, (566) and Five hundred and sixty-seven. (567), in the said Royalty, as the same are laid down on the plan of the said Royalty, now or lately kept in the office of the Surveyor General for the said Island, containing in the whole roarv men? ACRES, a little more or less, together with all rights and appur- tenances to the same belonging or appertaining.
