Her Majesty’s Supreme Court ot'Judicature, at the suit of James Fillis Avery, Thomas Avery Brown. and Charles Edward Brown, against llugh McNeill and Peter Melieill, I have taken and seized as the property of the said llngh McNeill and Peter McNeill, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Defendants, in and to Two hundred and seventeen acres of Land, on Township No. 19, in Prince County; and I do hereby give pub- lic notice, that I will, on the 10th day of February, 1865, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court llouse in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £145 lls. lid , with interest on L'lll'.) ls. 5d, part thereof, from the 1st January, 1857, until paid, besides Sherilf's fees and incidental expenses.

UBLIC notice is hereby given. that Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, and Court of Assize and General Jail Delivery for Prince County, will be held at the Court House, in St. Eleanor's, on Tuesday, the 6th day of June next, at the hour of 10 o‘clock, forenoon, of the same day. of which all Justices, Coroners, High and Petty Constables and Bailil'fs, will take notice, and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil those things which by reason of their several ollices shall be to be done.

IIEREAS a writ has been issued to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of iglnv1ys.” and of llthe Acts in amend— ment thereof, whereby we are commanded to enquire what damage or advantage will accrue to those persons who are interested in the Land through which a certain New Road is intended to be made. Commencing at the East end of the Upper Westmorland Road and terminating at John McNally’s, on the Melville Road.
Now, we do hereby give public notice to all parties concerned, that we will commenco the execution of said writ, by attending at the East end of lhe said Upper Westmorland Road, on the 15th day of June next, at the hour of 11 o'clock, in the forenoon of the same day, and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of Road and Complete the inquest according to Law.

We do hereby give Notice that we will commence the execution of said Commission, by attending at Mr. Peter McGregor‘s, at Ellis River Bridge, at the hour of 10 o’clock, in the torenoon, on SATURDAY, the 27th day of MAY next. and thence proceed, along the said new line of Road, and complete said Commission according to Law.
