-Mr. Holden Sharp, 81-year old resident of Linkletter Road. suffered a fractured left hip when thrown from A horse-drawn load of hay in Summerside yesterday after- noon.

Mr. Sharp was about have the hay weighed on scales of Joseph Read & when a train approaching nearby crossing sounded whistle which frightened the horses and caused them to bolt, throwing Mr. Sharp to the pavement.

He was taken to Prince County Hospital by ambulance and his condition last even- ing was said to be very good.
