Whereas. at a meeting of the creditors of the said Insolvent Debtor. held on the Twenty-second day of April last, after arguments, it was ordered. that as the Schedules of the said Insolvent Debtor were insufficient, he have leave to amend the same; and that upon the Schedules as amended being filed, a meeting of the said creditors shall hereafter be called; and, whereas the said Schedules as amended. are now on file in the re- cords of this Honorable Court.
