of George Jones against Charles Jones, I have taken and seized as -

the property of the said Charles Jones, all the right, title and freehold interest of the said Charles Jones in and to one half acre of freehold land, bounded on the East by the road leading to Summerside, on the South by land occupied by Anthony Craswell, and on the North by the Jail and Court House Lot, and is part of Lot No. 17. in Prince County; and I do hereby give pullic notice that I will, on Tuesday, the 5th day of September, 1865, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being £155 0s. 0d., currency, together with lawful interest on £150 Us. 0d., part thereof from the lst day of May, 1862, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Charles l‘almer, against Hugh Fraser and James Currie, I have taken and seized as the property of the said defendants, all the right, title and leasehold interest of' the said James Currie, in and to one hundred and seventy acres of land, situate on Township No. 22, in Queen’s County; also all the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Hugh Fraser, in and to fifty-two acres of Land, situate on Township No. 21, in the said County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Thursday, the 23rd day of March, L65, at the Court House in Charlottetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited properties, or a much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £55 33. 8d., wrth interest on £42 from the 27th February, 1864, till paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

Aldous, Comnnssioner of Public Lands. against David Smith of Lot or Township No. 11, I have taken and seized, as the pro- perty of the said David Smith, All his right, title and interest, in and to Fifty (50) acres of Land, 3. little more or less, with the buildings thereon erected, situate on Township number 11, in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 5th day of February. 1865, at the Court House at St. Elea- nor’s, at the hour of 12 o’clock. noon, set up and sell the above recited property to satisfy the levy marked on the said Precept, being Seven pounds six shillings and nine pence, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
