Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of . Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Bruce Stewart against Peter McIlroy, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Peter Mellroy. All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Peter Mcllroy, in and to fifty acres of Land, more or less, situate on Lot 30, on the Line Road, bounded as follows: ~boundcd on the east by the Line Road, so called, on the west by the Elliot River, on the north by land occupied by Archibald McNiven, and on the South by land occu- pied by Angus McFadyen, together with the buildings and ap- purtenances thereunto belonging, in Queen's County; and I do hereby give public notice. that I will, on Thursday, the 28th day of February, 18M, at. l2 o‘clock, noon, at the Court House in Char- lottetown, in the said County. set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being Jilo‘ 113. 7d., 16s. 8d. for this writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

; Road, on Township No. 36,with all the buildings and appurtenances

thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the

30th day of March, 1864, at the Court llouse in Charlottetown; at

12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited property, or as

much thereof as will satisfy the amount of levy marked on the,

said writ, being £67 I7s 8d, and interest on £57, part thereof,

from the 27th day of February. 1863, until paid, together with Sherili’s fees and incidental expenses.
