WASHINGTON (AP) —-' The Htuse of Representatives. by a close to 202 to 197 vote, has passed a compromise farm bill that included some of the pro- visions asked by the Kennedy administration. ' The compromise bill. worked out by a Senate-1-louse confer- énce still must be approved by the Senate. That approval is virtually certain.
