Y Virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me direct- ed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Isaac Burpee and Frederick Burpee against Alexander \Vaugh, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Alexander Waugh all the Right, Title, and Freehold interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to One Hundred and ﬁfty acres of Land, more or less together with the buildings and improvements thereon, Situate at Blue Shank, Lot or Township No. 19, adjoining the farm in possession of James Connels; also all the right, title and Lease- hold interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to a. Building Lot, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Water Street, in Summerside, ad- joining the residence of Harry C. Green, Esq. ; also all the right, title and interest of the said Alexander Waugh in and to a Building Lot situated on the corner of \Vater and South Streets, in Summerside aforesaid, at present in the occupation of the said Alexander Waugh and divers other tenants; all of the above property being in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on the 25th day of January, 1868, at 12 o‘clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being £274 33. 4d. cy.. with lawful interest on the Sum of £271 33. 4d. from the 14th January, 1867, until paid, also 163. 8d. for said writ, beside’s She-riffs fees and incidental expenses. rected, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the Suit of James Yeo against James rinnou, I have taken and seized, as the Property of the said James Finnon, all the Right, Title and Freehold Interest of the said James anon, in and to One Hun- dred Acres of Land, more or less, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate at Lot Ele- ven, and at present in the occupation of the said James Finnon, in Prince County, and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Monday, the Sixth day of July 1868, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said Property or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being Seventy Pounds Ten Shillings and three pence, with lawful interest on £67 103 3d, part thereof from 6th August, 1863, till paid, and 168 8d for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

I have taken and seized as the property of the said Edward Praught, all the Right, Title and Freehold Interest of the said Edward Praught, in and to Fifty (50) acres of Land, a little more or less, together with the Buildings and im- provements thereon. situatc on Township number Sixty- six in King’s County, bounded as follows, viz : Com- mencing at Sparrow Road, at the South West angle of land in the occupation of John Evans, running East along- the said John Evan’s boundary line until it meets'the di- vision line of Township N0. 51, thence South along the said division line 28 chains and 50 links, thence -West to the aforesaid Sparrow Road, thence along said Road to the place of commencement. And I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will on the Twenty-second day of January, A.
