Notice is hereby given, that on application of William DOuglass, of Charlottetown, in the County of Queen’s, in Prince Edward Island, made to His Honor the Com- missioner in Insolvency. pursuant to " The Unfortunate Debtors’ Act. 1868,” I do, by his Honor's directions, hereby appoint Saturday, the twelfth day of February next, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, as the time and place for meet- ing of the creditors of the said William Douglass, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs. and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.
