Under the plan, 2.6 ___ per cent of all income between $600 and $5,000 from employed persons 18 and over is collected, half being paid by employers, half by employers. Federal fish and wildlife ser- vice researchers say that pesti- cides may cause mass fish deaths, “or they can cause insl- diously delayed damage to the reproductive capability of mam- mals, fish and birds.”
