All the right, title and freehold interest .of the said Malcolm McLean in and to all that tract or piece of land situate on Township Number o7, in Queen’s County, in Prince Edward Island, described as follows, that is to say: commencing on the Anderson Road at the Southwest corner of land held by Angus Matheson: it runs thence North lll-l}2 chains; thence West ten chains, or to the East boundary of James Todd’s farm; thence South along the said boundary to the road aforesaid; and thence along side of said road, South-easterly, to the place of commencement; and is bounded on the East by land held by Angus Matheson, on the West by James Todd, on the South by Anderstin’s Road. and on the North by the rear line of Farms fronting on Dunk River—the said courses being according to the Magnetic variation of the year I764; together with the buildings and appur- tenances to the same belonging, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the Eighteenth day of November, 1566, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public
