"New" is the word to
describe Coach Barn Mullaly's
"Lady Panthers" this year. The Basketball Panthers are competing in a new league and they are stocked with seven rookies.
The "Lady Panthers" have moved from Womens Intere mediate Intercollegiate‘ Basketball to senior Inter— Collegiate Basketball.
This move will provide U.P.E.I. with tough com— petition, some of the best in the country. Over the past four years the U.N.B.
"Red Bloomers" have dominated
dominated the A.W.I.A.A. league and have been first or second across Canada. This caliber of competition should be a good test for the Lady Panthers.
