The attention of Commercial Travellers is ealied to the following sections of an Act ae ~<d by the Legisiative Assembly of Prince

1. “From and after the passing of this Act every casual trader not permanently residing inthis Province doing business within this Province, commonly known as * Commercial Travellers,” and eve ry person not permanent- ly residing in this Province, and who sells either for himself or any other verson any goods, wares or merchandize in this Provinee, or solicits or canvasses for orders either for himseifor any Other person for the sale, ex- ebange or purchase of any goods, wares or merebandize within this Provinee, either by the production of sam pies, photographs, cata: logues, printed or written matter, or sin by word of mouth without the production samples, photographs, catalogues, printed oF written matter, shall, before be or she entem upon the business of 80 selling any wares or merche vndize, or soliciting or can- vassing for such orders, pay to the Provincial Treasurer of this Province anannual license fee or direct tax of fifteen dollars.”
