OR SALE, the Leasehold Interest, for 999 years, in Fifty- four Acres of LAND, situate near Wheatley River Bridge, on which isereeted, and in good repair a DWELLING HOUSE, 28 x 22, with a Lesn-to 28x10, containing a Parlor, Bed- room, large Kitchen, Store-room, and capacious Porch, Cellar, &e., together ‘with four good Bed-rooms on the ‘second floor, the whole completely finished and fit for occupation.
