Ottawa (Cup) -— Bolstered» by an important victory at the University of Alberta, 'the Canadian Federation Students is preparing for its crucial general meeting that starts Nov. 7.

“When you have a big win like that, people get a new sense of vitality,” CFS execu- tive officer Dianne Flaherty said Oct. 27. “There’s a new sense of vigor around the organization.” ‘ .

referendum, although some students started an unofficial anti-CFS drive at the last minute, calling lthe organiza- tion the “Co unist Federa- tion of Students”.
