Rollo Buy, (hereinafter particularly described) on Friday. the fifth day of November next. at 12 o’clock. noon, pursuant to an order made by the lion. Charles Young. Judge of the Insolvent chtors’ Court. all the Estate Term. and Interest of the said James Burke, and of the subscriber as his Assiguee of, and in the following pieces of Land :—

1. All the Leasehold Interest of said James Burke, in a. Shipyard at Rollo Bay. aforesaid, containing about one acre and a-liulf, bounded on the cast by the road leading to the North Side, West by James A. David- son’s land, on the north by the fence bounding \l'm. R. Burke’s land, and on the Soul-ll by the shore of' Rollo Bay, and fronting five chains on the shore of Rollo Bay, and extending back by parallel lines to said fence.

2. All the Leasehold Interest of the said James Burke, in and to Sixty-seven acres of Land. on Lot Fifty-six, bounded as followsz-Connncncing in the rear of Valentine Needham's farm, at the wester- nmost line. and running from thence due north to Fortune Bay, and from thence along the various courses of the shore, east to the line of the Town- ship. and from thence south along the line of the lot, until it meets James Coffin‘s northernmost boun- dary line. which said land is held by the said James Burke. by lease from the late lIon.Thomns Heath Haviland. Also certain Ship Timbers, now lying in the Shipyard, or piece of ground first above described.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out. of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judica- ture, at the suit of John Roche Bourke, against Murdook McLeod and John Gillis McLeod, I have taken and seized as the prepcrty of the said John Gillie Mchod. All theRight Title and Freehold Interest of the said John Gillis McLeod, in and to all that tract and parcel of land, situate on Town- ship Sixty-two. bounded as follows, that is to say : commenc- ing on the \Vt'st side of Selkirk Road, at the near boundary of—land in the posseSs-ion of Duncan Munn; and running thence W'cstwurdly seven chains; thence North twelve chains to Douse’s Road; thence along said Road Eastwardly to the Road leading to Montague Bridge; thence along Sflld Road Southwardly to a line continued East from the aforesaid place, to within five chains of Selkirk Road; thence South to Selkirk Road; thence Northwardly along said. Road to the place of commencement, containing one hundred acres of Freehold land, a little more or less, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Saturday, the eleventh day of September, 1869, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property. or as much thereof as wrll satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being for £62 155. 9., with interest on £61 98. 0d., part thereof from the 11th day of August last, 1868, till
