SHERIFF‘S SALES. I Y virtue of a writ of Fieri racias to me directed, issued out of _ Her Majesty‘s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Rennie, Administrator, with cxemplification of the Will an- nexed ofall and singular the goods, chattels and credits, which were of David Stuart Rennie, deceased at the time of his death, against Lazar Martin, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Lazar Martin, All his Estate, right, title and leasehold interest, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate on Lot or Township No. 23, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, and bounded as follows, vim—commencing on the Eastern side of Bonnie’s Road, at a stake fixed in the North-west corner of land leased to John Bertram, running thence East to the Hunter River, thence along the ltiver to attain a breadth, due North and South, of six chains and eighteen links. thence West to the aforesaid Road, and from thence along said Road to the place of commence- ment, containing by estimation, Fortysix (46) acres, be the same little more or less; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the 271h day of February, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown,sot up and sell the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £27 105, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
