ft The Bark Iscerniscr, Captain James Malcolm, owned by the master and the Jate firm of Mesers. A. & J. Duncan & Co., P. E.L, from Calentta, homeward bound, struck on a sunken rock off the Island of Preparis, in the Bay of Bengal, on the 3d September. The crew stuck to the ship until she heeled over, when they were obliged to take to the boats. The Captain and eight of the crew took the long boat, and the remainder of the crew took the other two boats. The latter two boats were picked up, and taken into Calcutta, but we regret to hear the Captain with the long boat bas not since been heard of.
