Y virtue of a Writ of Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of the Hon. James Warhurton, Treasurer of Prince Edward Island, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, against the following Pasture Lots, and parts of Pasture Lots in the loyalty of Charlottetown, being the arrears of assessment
due thereon for the various sums following, viz :—

Summerside Bank—Notice.
OTICE is hereby given to the Slockbolders of this Bank, who are now in arrears for the payment of any balance or portion of the third or last Instalment, or any previous Instalment of the Capital Stock of the said Bank, that the respective balances or sums due by them on their shares in the said Capital Stock, are now called in, and payment thereof is required to be made to the Cashier, at the Banking House of the said Bank, in Summerside, on or before the first day of November next; and in default of such payment, the shares of such defaulting Stockholders Will be sold pursuant to the gtatpite in that case provided, and the By-laws of said an .
