Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of George Wright, Esq., Treasurer of Prince Edward island, on behalf of Her Majesty, against part of the following Townships in King‘s County, being in arrears of assessment due thereon, viz:—

I have levied the said writ on the above recited Townships, for the several amounts due thereon; and I do hereby give notice that I will set up and sell at public auction, at the Court House in George. town, on Saturday the 21st day of January, 1865, at 12 o’clock, noon, the above mentioned lands, or as much thereofas will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ against the same respectively, toge- ther with 16s 8d., for the aforesaid writ, besides Sheriff's fees and all other incidental expenses. I have taken and seized as the property of the said James McKinnon, all the right, title and freehold interest of the said James McKinnon, in and to fifty acres of freehold land, with the appurtenances, situate on Lot or Township No. 14, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will on the 11th day of March, 1807, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell by auction. the above mentioned property, or as much thereofas wrll satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £51) 19s. 93d, with interest thereon from 21th November,

1864, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution tome directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit

of the Hon. James Yco, against Anthony McKinnon. I have taken and seized as the property of the said Anthony McKinnon, all the right, title and freehold interest of the said Anthony McKinnon, in and to fifty acres of land, with the appurtenances, situate on Township No. 14. in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will on the 11th day of March, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St Eleanor’s, in said County, set up and Sell by public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £72 Ils 41d, with interest thereon from 24th November, 1864, until paid, 10s. 10d. for said writ, besides Sheriff's fees and all incidental expenses.

in Cl‘iarlottctown, on Tuesday the 'I‘Wenty-fourth day of OCTO- nnit, 1865, under and by virtue of a power of sale contained in a certain Indcnturc of Mortgage, bearing date the Eighth day of May, 1561, and made between Norman (iillis, of Lot or Township i.\‘o. Twenty-three, farmer, of the one part, and liobert Rennie, of Charlottetown, Esq., of the other part, and by a certain Deed of" Assignment, bearing date the nineteen day of June, 1561, assigned and transferred to Thomas Cooke, of the Royalty of Charlottetown, farmer, ALI. THAT tract, piece, or parcel of land situate on the said Township N0. 23, bounded as follows : Commencing at a stake fixed on the west side of the road leading from Charlotte- town to St. Eleanor’s. and in the southern boundary of said Town~ ship No. 23, thence running along said road northwestwardly, twen- ty-eight chains and sixty links; thence south, fifty-five (55) de- grees west, to the Southern boundary of Township No.23, aforesaid, thence along said boundary East, to the place of commencement—— containing fifty Acres, be the same a little more or less, reserving to the said Norman (iillis, his heirs and Assigns, a. right of way of sixty feet in width along said Township's southern boundary line.
