Norton, George Poole and Joseph Wightman, against Donald McLean and Michael McLean, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Donald McLean and Michael McLean, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Donald McLean and Michael McLean, in and to 25 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township No. 55, in King’s County, fronting on the south side of DcUros l‘vlarsh, bounded on the east by land formerly owned ly llugh .licl’hcc, and on the west by land in possession of John McLean, together with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the Scoond day of October next, 1866, at the Court House, in Georgetown, at the hour of 12 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction. the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being 1525 lbs, currency, together with interest on £20 10s, part thereof, until paid, besides Sheritl"s fees and all incidental expenses. Fellowes in and to two hundred and fifty acres of land, little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Lot or Township Number Thirtyd‘our, in Queen’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the Twonty- seventh day of March, 1867, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ. being five hundred and thirty pounds sixteen shillings and eight pence, with interest on five hundred and thirty pounds, part thereof, frozn the eleventh day of August last, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. A LL that piece of Land, situate in the Parish of Richmond, on Township Number Seventeen, Comprised in a certain Mortgage executed by the said William Henry Ellis and Hannah Ellis, his wife, to one Henry Smith, hearing date the Twenty-fifth day of September. lb‘JS, and by the said Henry Smith assigned to William Dodd, the complainant, the same being bounded as follows: commencing at a stake fixed in the North side ot the Main Summerside Road, twenty fret East- of the division .ine between the lands now or lately the property of Jonathan \l'catherbe, Esq., and the lands of Mr ltobert Ellis; thence run- ning North thirty degrees East, two hundred and seventy ect; thence East thirty degrees South, two hundred and fortyfeet; thence South thirty degrees West, on to the said Summer-side Road; thence West thirty degrees North along the said Road to the stake started from. Also a Water Lot, in front of the said Let and Side of Main Road, one hundred and thirty feet by forty feet, com- mencing from a stake in a line with the North line running thirty degrees East on the shore fronting Bedeqne llay. Together with all easements, rights and appurtenances to the said lands and premises respectivoly belonging or appertaining.

ESERTED from Her Majesty’s Ship “ Favomu'ru,” at George- town, P. Island, on the 20th September instant, the following Scamcn :—

WILLIAM BURTIIAM, aged about 31 years, a native of Lan- cashirc; height 5 feet 7 inches; brown hair; light brown eyes.

JOHN SNELLER, aged about twenty years, a. natch of Deal, Kent; height 5 feet 9 inches; light hair; light blue eyes, rather weak.

JOSHUA BILLBROOK, 19 years of age, a native or Warwick; height 5 feet 8 inches; dark brown hair; hazel eyes

THOMAS HARRIGAN, 27 years of age, a native of Cork, Ireland; height 5 feet 8 inches; dark brown hair; hazel eyes.

JAMES FISHER, aged about 10 years and 8 months, a nativo of London; height 5 feet 6 inches; brown hair; hazel eyes.

JAMES McGILLIGAN, 29 years of age, a native of East Linton, Scotland; height 5 feet 7 inches; light brown hair; blue eyes.

A REWARD of TllllEE POUNDS will be given for the appre- hension of each of the above named Deserters, should they be ap- prehended within three months from the date hereof.

PUBLIC Notice is hereby given, that Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, for Queen’s County, will be held at the Court House, in Charlottetown, on Tuesday, the 30th day of Cote- ber next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, forenoon, of the same day, of which all Justices, Coroners, High and Petty Constables and Bailil’fs, will take notice, and laying aside all manner ol' business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil those things which by reason of their several offices shall be to be done.
