The watchman helped him out. Shea whistled for the police. Cticer Heartz arrived and took the prisoner im charge. On searching him two iigs of tobacco, 2 oranges, @bananas and several cigars were found on his person. After arrest he cursed and swore at Mr. Kennedy for leaving his premises open as a temptation ‘o him. The prisoner was remanded for trial in the Supreme Court.
