Steps for appealing your student loan:

1. There is no deadline for appeals. Although it is in your interest to file an appeal as soon as possible.

2. You can appeal if:

amount of award requested.

~— if your award was ad- justed.

3. You may appeal any of the following: as- sessed student: contribution, assessed parental contribu- tions and/or assessed educa- tional costs. The usual ba- sis for appeal is an extenuat- ing circumstance. However, even if your reason isn’t a common ne don’t hesitate to appeal if you can’t meet

4. Your student contri- bution may be appealed:
