Notice is hereby given that. on application of John Gillis McLeod, Miller, of Township Number Sixty-two, in the County of Queen’s. in Prince Edward Island, made to his Honor the Commissioner in Insolvency, pursuant to H The Unfortunate Debtors’ Act. 1868." I do, by his Honor’s directions. hereby appoint Thursday, the Fifteenth day of July next. in the Colonial Build- ing. in Charlottetown. at Eleven o’clock. in the {ore- noon, as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said John Gillis McLeod. for the purpose of ex- amining into the state of his affairs. and considering the terms of a compromise to be oil’ei'ed by him under the said Act.

taken and seized, as the Property of the said John Conroy, All the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said John Conroy. in and to all that Farm or tract of Land, containing One hundred acres, more or less, now in the possession and occupation of the said John Conroy,bounded on the south-east by land in the occupation of John Foley, and on the north-east by land belonging to Michael Foley and the said John Foley, and which is held by the said John Conroy, at the yearly rent of 1s. per acre. And also, in and to all that other Farm or tract of Land, formerly occupied by one Dixon, under a lease or demise thereof, at the yearly rent of one shilling per acre; but now held and occupied thereunder by the said John Conroy, containing by estimation, One hundred acres the same a little more or less, bounded on the South-east by land belonging to Mathew Cahill, and on the North-east by land belonging to Michael Foley, together with Buildings. Improvements, Rights and appurtances to the above de- scribed Farms or tracts of Land belonging or appertaining. Both of the said above described Farms or tracts of land are situate, lying and being on Lot or Township Number Four, in Prince County ; and I do hereby give Public Notice that I will, on Monday, the Fourth day of April, 1870, at TWelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County. set up and sell, at public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked. on the said \Vrit, being Fifty-seven pounds seven shillings and six-pence, currency. and 16s. 8d. for the said \Vrit, be- sides Sherifi"s fees and incidental expenses. BY virtue of a \Vrit of Statute Execution to me directed. issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judica— ture, at the suit of Daniel Hodgson and Theophilus Des- Brisay. Trustees and Executors of the last will and testament of Benjamin De St. Croix. deceased, against Henry Hewett. and Richard Hewett, I have taken and seized as the Pro- perty of the said Henry Howatt and Richard l-Iowatt, All the Right, Title and Interest of the said Henry Howatt and Richard Howatt, in and to Fifty acres of Freehold Land, more or less, at present in the occupation of the said Henry IIowatt, bounded and described as follows, viz z—Commenc- ing at a stake fixed in the South-west corner of land in the possession of \Villiam B. IIowatt; from thence folloWing the main (Telegraph) road Eastwardly, until it stiikcs land in the possession of William T. Howatt; and from thence Northwardly along said William B. Howatt’s land, until it strikes land formerly owned by Philip McInnis ; but now in the possession of the said Henry Howatt ; from thence W'ests- wardly along the line of said McInnis’s land, until it strikes said \Villiam ~B. Howatt’s side line ; and from thence South- wardly until it strikes the main road aforesaid. Also, Forty acres of Leasehold Land, more or less, also in the pegsession of the said Henry Howatt, bounded and described as follows, viz :——Commencing at a stake fixed in the centre of the brook on the line of land in the possession of James Cameron ; and from thence \Vestwardly along said line, until it strikes land in the possession of Adam I-Iowatt ; and from thence South- wardly until it strikes the North-west corner of the said Henry Howatt’s Freehold land, first above described; and from thence Eastwardly along the line of said land, until it strikes the brook; and from thence Northwardly along the said brook to the place of commencement. Also, Sixty acres of Leasehold Land, more or less; and Sixty acres of Free~ hold Land, more or less. owned and occupied by the said Richard Howatt, together with all Buildings, Improvements, rights and appurtenances to the said four several tracts of land. belonging or in any way appertaining. The whole of the above four described pieces or parcels of land. are lying and being in Tryon, on Lot or Township Number Twenty-eight, (28) in Prince County; and I do hereby give Public Notice. that I will, on Friday. the First day of October, 1869, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in St. Eleanor's, in the said County, set up and sell. at public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being Two hundred pounds, with interest thereon, from the 27th day of February, A.
