a tea and a cocktail party as well as interviews to enable the judges to meet and evaluate each girl in- dividually.

The judges for the event are: Dr. Harry Callaghan, Brig. Al Rogers and Jeannie Rodd. Their final selection will be handed in a sealed envelope to Bill MacIntyre, Carnival Co—chairman, who will then announce the winner and Queen of Carnival '74. The Carnival Ball on Saturday, February 9th will be the scene for the ann- ouncement and subsequent coronation.
