OI‘TAWA (CUP) — With the annual harp seal hunt about to begin in a few weeks, the idealogical battle surrounding it is already underway. Anti—seal hunt forces are beginning their of Canadians and stop the hunt, and people whose livelihood depends on the hunt are‘fighting back with their own information campaign.

Northwest Territories legislative council member Peter Ernerk says the anti— hunt propoganda is seriously hurting the Inuit economy. He says the
