The vivacious and beloved ”little sister" of Britain's Royal Family was in the limelight from early in the year when she made a tri- umphal tour of the British West, Indies until the year drew to In close with her dramatic. moving decision to forsake romance be- cause of her duty to church and Commonwealth.
