Notice is hereby given, that on application of James II. \Visner, of Cascumpec, in the County of Prince, in Prince Edward Island. made to llis Honor the Com- missioner in Insolvency, pursuant to “ 'l‘he Unfortunate Debtors’ Act, 1863.”I do, by his IIonor’s directions, hereby appoint Tuesday. the first day of February next, at the Conrt House, in Charlottetown, at eleven o’clock in the. forenoon, as the time and place for meet- ing of the creditors of the said James R. Wisner, for the purpose of examining into the state of his affairs. and considering the terms of a. compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.
