One of a family of three appear- ing on charges arising out of an incident in South Rvustico last month was sentenced to 30 days in the Queens County Jail. The man was sentenced when he was convicted of assaulting a police oﬁﬂicer in the execution of his duties. Another change, that of 1 being intoxicated in a public place, was dismissed.

The man’s father, also appear- ing on two charges, had one dis- missed and was convicted on the other. He was fined $20 and costs or 30 days for intoxicagd a public place. A charge ob- structing a police officer was dis- missed.
