Notice is hereby given, that on application of Thomas Humphrey, Shipwright. of Township Number Seven- teen, in the county of Prince, in Prince Edward Island, made to hls Honor the Commissioner in Insolvency. pursuant to “ The Unfortunate Debtors’ Act. 1868," I do, by his Honor’s directions. hereby appoint Wednes- day, the eighteenth day of August next, at the Court House, in Charlottetmvn, at eleven o’clock in the fore- noon, as the time and place for meeting of the creditors of the said Thomas Humphrey, for the purpose of ex- amining into the state of his afl’airs. and considering the terms of a compromise to be offered by him under the said Act.
