People with T.B., mental diseases, cancer, V.D., and polio get u stanent free. since it doesn't mean olal calamity, people with these diseases seek treatment early. when they are more easily curable.

Each adult pays ten dollars a year. and each child five into the hospital fund. No family Diva more than thirty dollars a year. no matter how large it is. For this any person can go to the hospital as often as he needs to. and can stay As LONG AS THE DOCTOR SAYS HE SHOULD. Hospital bills just can't pile up in Saskatchewan.

"To those of you whom we will not be able to meet. we respect- fully suggest that you 11. eall our past records. Doctor Dougsn hasrhad as many years on the City Council as I have had. I think we are both well quali- fied to take before the Govern- ment any problem that our elect- ors may bring to our attention. "We can claim. in all modesty. that after twelve years' experi- ence, we know the needs of the Fifth District. The City Council is the best school that I know of. in which to learn the require- ments of the District we hope to represent in the next Government.
