The May meeting o! Long River Women's Institute met at the home of Miss Mae Found with an at- tendance of fourteen members and two visitors.

In the absence of the President the meeting was led by the VlCe President and opened by singing the Ode, followed by repeating the Creed in unison. The minutes of April meeting were read and ap- proved. The sick committee re- ported that two visits had been made and fruit taken. The school

committee reported that there was nothing needed for school. New committees appointed were
