Y virtue of a Writ of Alias Statute Execution to me directed,issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court

of Judicature at the suit of Robert Mutch against Hec- tor Currie McMillan and Theophilus Nelson, 1 have taken and seized as the prOperty of the said Hector Currie MeMillan,All the undivided Estate, Right, title, share and interest of the said Hector Currie McMillan, in and to all that tract of Freehold Land, being part of Township Number sixty-two, (62) in Queen’s County, in the said Island,bounded and described as follows,t.hat is to say: On the \Vest by land now in the possession of' Duncan Taylor; North by land in the possession of James Munn and Hector Munn; East by land in the possession ofDonald Bell; South by the Straits of North- umberland, containing one hundred acres of landa little more or less. Also, all the Right. Title and Freehold Interest of the said Hector Currie McMillan. in and to allthat tract of land situated on TOWnship sixty—two, aforesaid, having a front of two chains on the south side of the Wood Island Settlement Road, and extending back three chains and twenty-three links, bounded on the East by Norman and Angus McPherson’s land.
