TORONTO (CP) — A policy statement on education issued by the Ontario Liberal party calls‘ for compulsory school_at tendanhe from kindergarten to age 18 é .

The Liberals claim the prov- ince's education system is giv ing rise to two classes of stu dente—the haves and the have- not- The latter are referred to as “culturally disadvantaged” children.
