Island, as follows:—

In all cases where such Invoiccs shall be made out in Dollars and Cents of the paper currency of the United States, the amount of such Invoice shall be reduced into current money of this Island, by allowing for each Dollar the sum of Five Shillings, and in the like proportion for any fraction of a Dollar; of which all Collec- tors of Impost are to take notice and govern themselves accor-

f 11E REAS a certain Treaty was made between Her Majesty R‘ and the United States of America, on the 5th day of June, 1854, providing tor Reciprocal Trade:

And whereas the United States of America have, in acciirdnnce with the terms of the said Treaty, given notice for the termination thereof. And whereas in coasoquence of such notice the said Treaty will expire on the Seventeenth day of March, 1866.

And whereas under the said Treaty many persons. citizens of the United States of America, have invested moneys and ﬁtted out Ships for the purpose of carrying onthe (in—shore) Fisheries with in the Territory of Prince Edward Island, under the said Treaty. And whereas they may be unaware that. their right to carry on such in—shore Fisheries will end on the said 17th day of March, instant.

And whereas it is desirable that, due precaution be taken to pre- vent injury or loss to any of ller Majesty’ssubjects, or to the citi- zens of a.
