Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed. issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Thomas Heath Haviland and George Wastie DeBlois, Executors of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Heath Haviland,deceased, against Edwin Locke, I hate taken and seized as .the property of the said Edwin Locke, all the Right, Title. and lease- hold Interest of the said Edwin Locke, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate on the western moiety of Township number Twenty-nine, in Queen’sCounty. and bounded as follows. that is to say: commencing at astake ﬁxed outhe north side ofthe road leading to Sandy Point, for the distance of thirty chains twenty-ﬁve links,from the shore; thence by a line north thirty~two degrees, forty ﬁve minutes west, to the south line of land formerly leased to Neil McCallum; thence north,ﬁfty-seven degrees ﬁfteen minutes, east two chains ﬁfty links; thence south, thirty-two degrees forty-five minutes. east, eight chains; thence north, ﬁfty-seven de- grees, ﬁfteen minutes, East, sixty-ﬁve chains and twen- ty—ﬁve links; thence south, thirty-two degrees forty- ﬁve minutes, east, seven chains ﬁfty links; thence south ﬁfty-seven degrees west to the place of com- menccment; containing by estimation, ﬁfty-two (52) acres of land, a. little more or less, together with all Dwelling Houses, Out-Houses, Stores, Barns, Stables, and all other Buildings and Houses thereon, and all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on Tuesday, the twenty- ninth day of December, 1868, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said prOperty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for Five hundred and Seven ty-eight pounds and ﬁveshillings, debt, with Interest thereon from sixth February last, till paid, and also for nine pounds and ten shillings, Costs. and 16s. 8d. for the writ, besides Sheriff’s fees, poundage. and all incidental

N the matter of an application for execution, to be . issued against the lands of Theophilus Wood, of Lot 49.1n Queen’s County, in Prince Edward Island, farmer, deceased, and all his formerright, title and in- terest therein, under the provisions of the Act of the General Assembly of the said Island. passed in the 24th year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria. intituled “ An Act in amendment of, and in addition to. the acts relating to judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature,” upon a. certainjudgment entered of Record in the said Court, in a cause wherein Thomas Bolton is Plaintiff and the said Theophilus Wood, Defendant. Whereas application hath been made to this Court on the part of the above named Plaintiff, Thomas Bolton, stating that the sums of ninety-ﬁve pounds, nine shillings and nine pence, cur- rcncy, debt, and three pounds, costs. together with in- terest on the said sum of ninety-ﬁve pounds, nine

_shillings and nine pence, currency, from the third day 'of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight

hundred and fOrty-elght (1848) are due and owing to him on, and secured by, a certain judgment entered of Record at his suit against the said TheOphilus “food in or about Trinity Term, A. D. 1848, for the sum of one hundred and ﬁfty-nine pounds, three shillings, debt. and the said sum of three pounds, costs of suit. and exe~ cution on such judgment hath been moved for on behalf of the said Thomas Bolton. It is ordered that unless all, or some of the persons interested in the lands for- merly belonging to the said TheOphilus Wood, deceaSed, shall, on the twenty-first day of July next, at George- town. come forward and show cause why execution should not be issued upon the aforesaid judgment. as prayed for, then execution will be issued against the lands, tenements, and hereditaments of the said Theo- philus W'ood, deceased, in pursuance of the Act of the General Assembly of Prince Edward Island, passed in the 24th‘year of the reign of Her present Majesty, in- tituled “An Act in amendment of, and in addition to, the acts relating to judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature.”
